Xtract Pale Ale is a typical Australian/Colonial Pale Ale.

A darker amber colour with a creamy head combined with a good body, mild malt and citrus flavours and a floral bouquet, yet clean and crisp makes this a great beer.

Fresh hops added to the concentrate give an added hop "punch" to the Xtract Range of beers.

Tips:  

•  This concentrate is supplied with your choice of Cellar Science Yeast but we recommend the "Cellar Science English"
