This turned out great. After day 4 I tasted the wort before adding the honey and for me it was sweet enough so omitted the honey. It's an excellent easy to drink beer (in fact it's hard to stop). On my to make again list.

A great start, well worth the effort. It certainly gets better with aging.
I have experimented with different honeys and added ginger both in the bottles and when fermenting, each are winning combinations.

Oh wow. Not an exact replica of the MB Beez Neez but... I was a little naughty and had a sneak tasting only 4 days after bottling. Why I hear you ask. Well because I'm a homebrewer and couldn't be patient enough to let it sit. It also provided me an opportunity to compare and contrast freshly bottled vs a mature brew. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. Awesome flavour, fruity, honey smell, smooth as. My biggest issue will now be trying to be patient while it gets even better in the bottles. Thoroughly recommended. Do yourself a favour.
