Fibrous casings are non-edible and string tied at one end. These casings are clear and can be used for making various cured sausages such as strassburg and salami.

Soak casings in warm water for 20-30 minutes prior to stuffing. Each Fibrous Casing will make a sausage 45mm in diameter.
