These were the casings I used when I made a batch of sausages for the first time. I found they worked real well and held together well. I have used these to make Salami Sticks as well. High recommended. 5 ******

First time making sausages.
When I opened the packet I thought it was going to be difficult to untangle the casings but I found the loop to which the ends were tied and they just pulled out easily. They had no splits or holes and filled very easily. I will be definitely using these again.

I like this skin. It just has to be washed briefly under a cold water tap to remove most of the salt. Then the trick is to find the eye of the casing and load it onto the cone on the mincer before feeding minced meat into the grinder.
