Contributes a "nutty" or "sweeter" taste and generates the CO2 gas that forms the eyes in such cheeses as Leerdammer, Emmental and other Swiss style cheeses.
Contains:
(PS) Propionibacteria freudenreichii subsp. shermanii
Dosage: 1/2 teaspoon per 10 litres of milk (Each sachet Will dose up to 50 litres of milk).
