Smoke infused with a blend of Pimento, Pepper, Garlic and other spices, this cure produces a bacon that is a real breakfast hit!

There is enough cure in this pack to make 4.5kg of bacon.

All you need is:

• a pork loin or belly
• a re-sealable container large enough to accomodate the pork loin or belly
• a fridge
• an oven.
