Using a Maris Otter base, this kit creates an authentic Newcastle Brown Ale that anyone would be proud of.

Grain Bill
3.5kg Simpsons Maris Otter
500g Joe White Crystal
500g Joe White Chocolate

Hop Additions
20g Target – 60 minutes
20g Target – 15 minutes
20g Fuggles – End

Other Additions
Whirlfloc Tablet – 5 minutes

Yeast
Safale S-04

Mash Temperature – 68°C
Mash Time – 60 minutes
Boil Time – 60 minutes

    This kit is practically fool proof. Makes a brown ale that any Brewer would be proud of.can't wait to try one of the others in the range.
