Our Vegetarian Rennet is a Fermentation-Produced Chymosin (FPC). A a highly-purified chymosin produced by fermentation using a host organism such as Aspergillus niger.
Vegetarian Rennet is suitable for use in Kosher, Halal, Vegetarian and GMO-Free products but not Organic products.
Dosage: 2.5ml per 10 litres of milk.
