Product Description

Tannin powder from chestnut origin. It adds flavour, character & astringency to wine. Use 5g per 100L and then taste before adding extra in increments of 5g.

*** Before adding any acid to a must you should first check its acid level with pH Strips or an Acid Test Kit. Unsuitable pH levels can inhibit fermentation.
