Lager Great 1st Home Brew Beer

What a pleasant surprise to brew my 1 st home brew beer and have it taste great. It was included in my kit and I was so impressed that I will do it again soon. I was able to keg 4 lL in mini keg and turned out great and whilst I was ment to wait 2 weeks for bottle fermentation I opened a bottle after chilling at 8 days and it was amazing.
Lager finished at 4.2% it sat at room temp at 20-22 c bottled at 7 days

A full bodied lager with a crisp wholesome creamy flavour that is just right for all seasons. Just a real shame haven't been able to get it last couple of times at any brewing shop l have visited but will keep on the look out. I 1st made it 8yrs ago and never have forgotten the experience! I'm usually a dark ale maker but best lager I've had to date.
