Not so much about the beer but a shout out to the lady who served me at Prospect store today. Great knowledge and helped with the small tweaks I wanted to make this beer which is Fermenting now. Thanks!

My second attempt at brewing (let's not mention the first) and this turned out beautifully - great head, full flavoured - not too far off the real thing, except for a couple of tweaks that I know I did wrong. Here's to the next brew!
