El Dorado® is a special dual purpose hop variety with exceptional
aroma qualities and a high alpha acids component.  

This hop consistently elicits responses of fruity notes, specifically
tropical fruit flavors. 

El Dorado® also offers other fruit notes such as pear, watermelon and stone fruit.
