Delicious Fondant Creme filling in pre-mixed or plain flavours. This is perfect to make creamy soft-centered chocolates where one bite into the chocolate is rewarded with a delicious creamy centre. The fondant creme can also be used to ice cakes, cupcakes, donuts and biscuits.
Just warm slightly until a smooth and pliable consistency is achieved.
** Do not overheat, or fondant creme will turn back into liquid sugar.
To make your own flavour, mix a few drops of our water based flavours to the plain fondant and mix.
With one jar of plain fondant and our colourings and flavourings, you can make many different combinations of fillings.
