“These hops are bitter”

The wholesale homebrew scene in Australia is dominated by Kiwi women, but this has caused us a few problems. When inquiring about Brewiser hops, Karl from Penrith was told – “They will be done elsewhere from now on and they will be bitter”

Karl – “What, the alpha acids will be higher?”

“No … they will be bitter … bitter than they were before!”

Karl – “Oh … Better!

Put in my place by a kid!

Like everyone, we have all been hit with the dreaded stomach virus! While lying on the lounge feeling very sorry for myself, I turn to my 3 year old (Jamie) and said – “Will you look after Daddy when he’s old and sick?” Quick as a flash she replied saying – “But you’re old and sick NOW Daddy!”



 

  

 

Like Father, Like Son!

I think all men would like their son’s to travel in their footsteps but Rob didn’t think Andrew (pictured - 9 months) would be influenced by him so early. “If he’s going to start drinking, he’s making his own!!!”
