I have been brewing sprits (mainly
bourbon) for over 2 years now. I thought I had perfected it. But that was
until I had purchased a real American Oak barrel. I placed 6L of my prized
bourbon into this new barrel and left it for 4 weeks. I then tried it...
No burning sensation, totally smooth, oak flavoured bourbon. My only
trouble now is keeping it full!
