Product Description
The Epicurean Smoky Maple Bacon Kit has everything that you need to get started making your own bacon.
The kit contains:
- 8L Curing Container
- 330g Smoky Maple Bacon Cure (Makes 4.5kg of Bacon)
- Step by step instructions
The Epicurean Bacon cures are smoked infused so you don't even need a cold smoker to make the best flavoured bacon. The smoke flavour is taken up by the bacon during the curing process.
All you need is a pork loin or belly, a fridge and an oven.

The best Bacon ever

This is so easy to do & it has the best flavour. I have never had such beautiful bacon full of fantastic flavour & it was only as fatty as the piece of pork belly that I selected at the butcher. The kids loved it as well & it didn't last long. I am getting ready to make some more. Thanks Dee for such a yummy product.
