(EBC 60 - 120) Adds a medium colour and caramel, sweet malt flavour to your beer. Also increases foam stability and gives a gold to red colour to ale or lager. Use in ESBs, Irish Red Ale, or Pale Ales. Can make up to 20% of the grain bill.
